Returns & Refunds
You can return merchandise in original, unopened condition for up to 30 days. No returns after 30 days unless related to the product warranty. If you are not satisfied with a product upon initial inspection, contact us immediately. We will send you a Return Authorization Number and you may return it through the carrier of your choice. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We only accept returns with a Return Authorization Number that you can obtain by contacting us through our “Contact Us” page.
If Your Shipment Is Damaged
Report all discrepancies to the Meeker Trading Company immediately. All damaged items and packing materials must be kept until your credit is received. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty on a per item basis. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.
Incorrect Sizing
If the product you ordered does not fit properly, you may return it in its original condition and we will send you one of a different size or refund the purchase price. The customer is obligated to pay the return shipping charge and may choose the carrier of their choice. Shipping on the new item is at Meeker Trading Company cost and will be shipped after we have received the returned item and verified condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited once the returned item is received on our end and verified to be in original, unopened condition.
